can handle it!!

Sometimes when you feel really frustrated and you think there is no one you can talk to about it, a good way to unwind is to just get it down on paper, get it all out, either by typing or writing or txtin...;). Don’t hold back, express it exactly as you would if you could talk to the person directly. Then when you feel you’ve said your peace, ur freeeee. Then forget about it. Move on. There’s probably nothing you can do to change it - and you probably wouldn’t anyway, even if you could.or wud you?

I’m in one of those quiet moods that lends itself to hurt feelings and misunderstandings. Those silent moments that make the people around you uncomfortable, uneasy and unable to believe that it has nothing to do with them...u know what i mean rite?

Eduacated n Intillegent -->juss be urself :)

There is such a huge difference between being educated and being intelligent.
Being educated is a great thing ....but it is different than being truly intelligent.
Being educated means that you have been taught and learned things from books.
And teachers with great minds.

However the way I see it is.
Just because you can quote Edgar Allen Poe does not make you this great writer .
Now it makes you someone who know the works of a great writer.
Just because you know all about Albert Einstein does not make you the genius that he was.

As I said being educated is a great thing.
However to me it is not quite as great as being truly intelligent .
See with true intelligence you do not have to quote all those great minds.
Because if your truly intelligent you will have you own opinion.

The reason I bring this up is.
I see a lot of people who try to degrade others who may not be as educated as them.
So they will quote some stuff they learned out of books and try to make others feel dumb.
When I see that happen I kind of laugh because here is this person simply memorizing what someone else has said ....and they believe they are more intelligent because of that .
And if you ask me you are not more intelligent you just have a good memory.

Now knowing these things are awesome.
However if you are using these things that you know just so you can make others feel inadequate.
Then you are showing how dumb you really are...i bet..U R

And another thing most truly intelligent people does not have to show off their intelligence.
They don't have to prove to others how smart they are ..because they know it.
So you can quote all the great minds of the past you want .
However being a great mind of today is what is most important ...Like meh!!hehe

Alicia Keys- As i am

From the moment Alicia Keys dropped onto the music scene in 2001, one thing was clear, the girl could write a killer hook. With a few simple words stretched out to blasting piano underscored intensity, “I keep on fallin, in and out of love with you,” Alicia Keys roared onto radio with an album (“Songs in A Minor”) that would garner her both critical praise and a slew of awards. It also seems to be the only real lyrical idea she will ever write, but that’s not as bad as it sounds.

eagerly anticipated album “As I Am,” and it’s both strikingly different than her past two albums and strikingly similar. Those seeking out more of Keys’ piano driven ballads about heartbreak, newfound love, and euphoric romance will be pleased to know that Keys has delivered fourteen songs with her signature killer hooks that seem radio friendly and original at the same time.

Fortunately, for her slightly repetitive songwriting skills, “No One,” where Keys practically screams her devotion to a man that will never be matched, you realize that even when she’s pushing the limits of her vocal range (which she is doing to beautiful effect in this single) she’s fully in command.

What makes her music accessible is the simple stream of emotions that she writes with. Her choruses often consist of a string of three or four words, repeated with different notes and they send shivers through your body. It doesn’t seem to matter that she employs slews of clichés because the way she performs them is breathtaking and she fully commits. This is most true on “Sure Looks Good To Me” which finds her singing with defiance, “Don’t rain on my parade.” There’s nothing lyrically original in this statement, but through some magic she makes it feel like you are hearing it for the first time.

Even though I would love to see Keys branch out into uncharted territory with her subject matter, there’s no denying that what she does, she does well. Clichéd? At times, yes. Enjoyable? Always

Words Worth Thinking About

n a recent Sunday, I was listening to my friend and brother talk incessantly about World of Warcraft.
I was just starting to get frustrated by the conversation when, between the "there's dozens of gankers outside Karazhan" and "the DRUID just ninja'ed another blue," I heard something that I not only understood, but that made a lot of sense to me.
It was in that moment that I learned that online game communities have ecosystems much like the ecosystems that I work with every day. These ecosystems can be your greatest strength as an entrepreneur (or as a rogue in WoW) – but they require conformity to a basic set of rules.

Three rules for building and maintaining an ecosystem – real or virtual:
1. Cry more, noob
This was my favorite rule especially as it applies to start-ups. It was translated to me as, "don't start by complaining about game mechanics before you know how the game works. Ask questions and get guidance before you assume the game is broken. Most likely the problem is that you do not know how to play the game. If you are inexperienced, show some humility – be willing to learn."

2. Pay it Forward
"Don't ask until you have helped others. People are more inclined to help you once they know you and see you as part of their ecosystem."

Simple and beautifully said.

3. There are no good secrets

Oh, man, this one was great – and so counter-intuitive. These two were chatting away about all of the game secrets. They shared their learning from within WoW and from the many postings outside of Wow (yes, these two are real game geeks). They were actively tapping in to each other's genius – in order to help themselves and to solve the problem set of the day.

Everybody's Bin Looking!

Dear associate,

We recently received credible intelligence that there have been seven terrorists working in our office. Six of the seven have been apprehended.

Bin Sleepin, Bin Loafin, Bin Goofin, Bin Lunchin, Bin Drinkin and Bin Butt-Kissin have all been taken into custody. At this time, no one fitting the description of the seventh cell member, Bin Workin, has been found.

We are confident that anyone who looks like he's Bin Workin will be very easy to spot.

You are obviously not a suspect at this time. So keep on doing what you Bin Doin!

Thanks,
Bin Administrating
